Great Fitness is a family owned gym which has been created to help members achieve their fitness goals and train in a friendly, helpful environment.
We have a large mixed gym with a resistance room, free weights room, cardio area and functional areas.
We have a variety of cardio equipment with touch screen controls and heavy-duty resistance kit including brands such as Technogym, Concept and Life Fitness.
Stairmaster, treadmills, ski erg, rowers, arc trainers, bikes - a whole range of cardio kit to choose from.
